I always like to carry healthy snacks & plenty of food to all my trips & treks. I usually carry more than required for myself. Always better to carry more and return home with it than be hungry. More food also means you can share with others & make friends easily. TheFreeBird suggests carrying these mouth watering delicacies ( from Amazon Jungle) along with plenty of water

Dry fruits are always the best thing to carry for instant energy & as a tasty snacks. I found such dry-fruits & seed mix to be quite tasty, light to carry & store.
The cheapest , tastiest & the best energy food which I carry on all treks , outings & expeditions. This is a must carry item. I have these stocked at home throughout the year and carry as per requirement.
When you feel extremely hungry and need a quick tasty & filling snacks protein health bars are just the right option. I tend to carry these especially on range treks & long trips.
These electrolyte tablets are more convenient than the powder form ORS, glucose which I used to carry earlier, these are really hassle free as compared to handling the powder & come in multiple flavours
This butane stove is a priced possession for every trekker to cook food outdoors. Be it maggi, morning tea, upma ,rice everything. I usually use it will lots of ready to eat , heat & eat items mentioned below. The burner being a a very small size also is a great advantage.
For using this stove these easy to carry utensils are very helpful. These have been designed to fit inside each other and hence occupy very small space in the backpack.

Anything can go wrong on a trek, but banana chips can never go wrong. This is my go to item on trek acting as snacks, as papad during lunch. I have even eaten sandwiches with it ( dont judge me, everything is fair on treks )
Last but not the least , if you ever go to a trek near Pune , bakarwadi is a must
